Stanley Studios Dundee
Stanley Studios Dundee is a recently opened purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) development in Dundee. This new building was built on the site of a former hessian mill. This 152 unit project was built on the corner of Brown Street and Douglas Street in Dundee. Aberdeen-based construction firm CHAP Group built this £19 million project. Construction started in May 2023 and was finished for the 2024/25 academic year.
